Working pattern:
Knightsbridge, London | Office-based 5 days a week, with 1 day working from home available following successful completion of your 6-month probation. (Potential office move to Victoria for 2027).
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join our growing Finance team, following the internal promotion of our current role holder.
This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a defined portfolio of group entities within Praxis, a growing, vertically integrated commercial real estate business. You’ll work closely with an experienced Finance team while having the autonomy to challenge, improve and influence how we work.
As Praxis continues to grow, this is a role where your contribution will be visible and where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your experience, broaden your commercial exposure and make a genuine difference.
What makes this role interesting?
This isn't a role where you'll simply produce the numbers and move on. We want someone who understands what is driving financial performance and can turn financial information into useful commercial insight.
- You’ll own the quarterly management accounts process across your portfolio, including P&L, balance sheet, reconciliations, billing, accruals, prepayments, intercompany and variance analysis.
- You’ll also support budgeting and forecasting, statutory accounts and audit, working closely with operational teams across the business.
- There’s also plenty of scope to improve processes and automate where possible, so if you see a better way of doing something, we want you to have the confidence and freedom to make it happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
