We're looking for a qualified Senior Management Accountant to join our growing Finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and business-critical support to stakeholders across the organisation.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced business that continues to grow through innovation and acquisition. You'll be responsible for producing high quality financial reporting, supporting key business decisions, and helping drive improvements across our finance processes and systems. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to major finance transformation projects that will influence how the Group Finance function operates in the future.

- Deliver accurate and timely month end financial reporting.
- Produce P&L and Balance Sheet reports with meaningful variance analysis.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage accruals, prepayments and deferred revenue accounting.
- Support consolidated group reporting and board reporting requirements.
- Partner with FP&A teams to provide commercial insight and performance analysis.
- Support external audit activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
- Manage VAT returns and intercompany accounting activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions and locations.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You'll Ideally Have
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and revenue recognition.
- Experience preparing month-end reporting and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience contributing to year-end audits.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
