We are looking for a qualified accountant to take on a pivotal finance role within a growing international business.
As Senior Management Accountant, you will take financial responsibility for one of the organisation’s key global regions while leading and developing three finance professionals at different stages of their careers.
This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with the Financial Controller, Finance Director and Senior Leadership Team. You will provide accurate reporting, meaningful commercial insight and constructive challenge to support informed decision-making across your region.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading the timely and accurate production of regional management accounts and group reporting
- Reviewing financial performance and clearly explaining variances against budgets and forecasts
- Managing regional budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting
- Maintaining robust balance-sheet controls and ensuring reconciliations are completed and reviewed
- Supporting senior stakeholders with insightful financial analysis and commercial advice
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, reporting and financial controls
- Supporting audits, regulatory reporting and group submissions
- Leading, supporting and developing a team of three finance professionals
- Contributing to international projects, including the integration of new customers and countries

About You
You will be a qualified accountant—ACA, ACCA or CIMA—with strong management accounting, reporting and financial-control experience.
You may already have people-management experience or be ready to take the next step and develop your leadership capabilities. Either way, you will be keen to take ownership, build an effective team and increase your exposure to senior decision-makers.

You Will Also Bring
- Experience gained within a large, growing or international organisation
- Strong knowledge of management reporting, balance-sheet control and IFRS
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills
- Confidence working across different countries, currencies and cultures
- Strong Excel skills; HFM experience would be advantageous
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively
