Senior Management Accountant

Description
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support business decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the finance team.

Profile
A Successful Senior Management Accountant Should Have
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
- Strong experience in management accounting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent Excel skills.
- A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work across departments and present financial insights.
