- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear financial insights.
- Support senior leaders with financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
