SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Management Accountant / Group Financial Accountant to support the Financial Controller with monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll and key finance facilities across Gozney Group and its subsidiaries.
This is a broad, hands-on finance role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, detail and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing global business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support month-end close activities, including staff cost postings, stock and landed cost reviews, accruals and prepayments, depreciation and amortisation, P&L variance analysis, management accounts preparation and collaboration with wider teams to resolve queries.
- Preparing the HSBC financials and ensuring the KPI is met.
- Manage and report on key finance facilities, including the HSBC Trade Loan Facility, Spectrum Facility and HSBC Invoice Facility, using data to monitor utilisation, support forecasting and maintain KPI compliance.
- Overseeing global AR, including cashflow updates.
- Communicating with Gozney China to resolve queries with stock suppliers regarding invoicing.
- Own and review a broad portfolio of balance sheet reconciliations across stock, fixed assets, payroll, loan facilities, corporate cards, accrued purchases, landed cost, AR deductions and related control accounts.
- Supporting the annual audit and posting P13 adjustments.
- FCA compliance.
- NetSuite maintenance such as closing periods, creating new account codes and departments.
- Resolving queries from the Operations team on stock adjustment postings in NetSuite.
- Driving process improvements for finance including collaboration with the Operations and IT team.
- Ensuring the cashflow is updated for all loan facility repayments, other product purchases and payroll costs.
- Assisting the FP&A team in improved NetSuite posting processes for smoother reporting and reviews. – Increased support in the A&M project.
- Support ad hoc finance projects, process improvements and system enhancements, including fixed assets, inventory corrections, AR deductions and payroll-related initiatives.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Part-qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA, or equivalent, with strong management accounting experience, excellent attention to detail and confidence working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
