We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight, taking ownership of management reporting, supporting month-end close, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting business decision-making.
So, what will your day-to-day look like?
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts
- Deliver variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Analyse large and complex datasets to provide actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
- Work closely with operational teams to understand performance drivers
- Support with business partnering
- Assist in improving reporting processes and systems
- Deliver balance sheet reconciliations and ensure robust financial controls
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects as required

Does this sound like you?
- Qualified or nearly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a management accounting or similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large volumes of data
- Strong commercial awareness and experience in business partnering
- Proactive, driven, organized and excellent communication skills with various levels of stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
The Application Timeline
- A first stage phone call with the internal talent acquisition team (15-minute call)
- A face-to-face interview at the Blackpool office with the hiring managers (45 minutes – 1 hour)
