Growth creates opportunity. It also creates complexity. This is one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses in its sector. Rapid growth and acquisition have created an exciting challenge: transforming the finance function so it's every bit as capable and ambitious as the business it supports.

Now comes the next chapter.

  • Better reporting.
  • Stronger controls.
  • Smarter processes.
  • More meaningful insight.

Let's be honest.

If you enjoy a predictable month-end, established processes and knowing exactly what tomorrow looks like, this probably isn't your next move. But if you get genuine satisfaction from bringing order to complexity, improving the way things work and leaving a finance function stronger than you found it, keep reading.

You'll be joining a finance leadership team that knows exactly where it's heading. The vision is clear. The commitment to improving systems, reporting and commercial insight is genuine. What they need now is someone with the energy, patience, resilience and pragmatism to help make it happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Management Accountant role where you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts while playing a key part in strengthening the finance function. You'll spend as much time improving reporting, refining Excel models, analysing large datasets and developing robust processes as you will producing the numbers themselves.

It's about creating reporting the business can genuinely trust and building the foundations that support better decision-making as the organisation continues to grow.

You'll need to enjoy getting into the detail, questioning how things are done and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working. If solving problems gives you as much satisfaction as producing accurate management accounts, you'll fit right in.
