Your new role

As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process across a multi-entity environment, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decision-making.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
  • Intercompany reconciliations and maintenance of strong financial controls.
  • VAT reconciliations and general ledger management.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Developing meaningful management information and commercial insights for operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with senior finance leadership to support integration activities and finance transformation projects.
  • Building strong relationships across the wider business to drive financial performance and support future growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with relevant industry experience.
  • Strong management accounting experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience operating within a multi-entity business would be advantageous.
  • Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Ambition to develop your career within a growing and evolving organisation.
