To lead and deliver transformation & change programmes to achieve performance improvement across a range of diverse businesses sectors

The role:

As an experienced Management Consultant and Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead operational reviews and manage performance improvement projects for some of the UK’s largest companies
  • Develop process frameworks in consultation with client staff helping them to navigate change and deliver lasting results
  • Drive behavioural change that creates measurable impact
  • Manage & support more junior team members
  • Help companies to develop new ways of working and in parallel, impart skills to client staff via a blend of workshops, coaching and mentoring

You:

  • Will have experience, as a management consultant, responsible for leading transformation and driving behavioural change initiatives to deliver performance improvement
  • Can evidence clear project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Will exhibit strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels and adapt your style as needed
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Wholly mobile and willing to work at client site 4 days per week

Salary and package:

Base salary in the range £65,000 - £85,000 including car allowance, plus performance bonuses, private healthcare (family) and access to a range of additional benefits to suit your preferences.

Location and mobility:

Probably based within 250 miles of the company’s Head Office in Berkshire and be happy to travel to client site or Head Office Monday to Thursday and willing to stay at those locations as required. There may be occasional trips overseas.
