Career Opportunity: Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation Consulting

Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will take a key role in solving client challenges through structured analysis, creative thinking, and collaborative delivery. Your work will span the entire project lifecycle, from design to implementation, using a logical, outcome-driven approach. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality, efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and independently lead key workstreams within consulting projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Display flexibility to lead and assist across diverse projects, including those outside your primary expertise.
  • Develop structured, actionable solutions grounded in data, aligned with broader programme objectives.
  • Independently translate strategic direction into tangible action plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels—including senior leadership.
  • Contribute to key deliverables, including presentations, reports, and implementation plans.
  • Exercise independent judgment on tasks while knowing when to escalate or seek input from colleagues.
  • Apply strong numerical and analytical skills to assess data and formulate actionable insights.
  • Identify when specialist expertise is required and facilitate seamless collaboration across internal teams.
  • Balance client-facing commitments with internal contributions, such as practice development and mentoring peers.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years in consulting, business analysis, or a problem-solving environment.
  • Background in management consulting or equivalent experience with client-facing, high-impact problem-solving.
  • Academic foundation in a STEM discipline or Economics, with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and message for different audiences (e.g., technical vs. executive).
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and numeracy, with the ability to extract actionable insights from information.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver well-defined projects with clear outcomes; strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively amidst competing demands; tends to focus on high-value tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Precision and attention to detail—capable of spotting errors in deliverables and refining work for maximum impact.
  • A collaborative mindset; values team success and avoids a ‘hero’ approach to problem-solving.
  • Commercial acumen and curiosity about industry trends, client needs, and emerging digital solutions.
