We're looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our growing Homeland team. Working with organisations including the Home Office, National Crime Agency, Ministry of Justice, Counter Terrorism Policing, College of Policing, NHS and others, you'll help shape and deliver business and digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference.
Opportunities are available in both Cheltenham and London.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and delivering complex consulting engagements across public sector clients
- Working with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical solutions
- Facilitating workshops, governance meetings and stakeholder engagement activities
- Providing strategic advice on business and digital transformation initiatives
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and change
- Managing project delivery to ensure successful outcomes for clients
- Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Mentoring colleagues and supporting capability development across the business
- Supporting business development through bids, proposals and client growth opportunities

What we're looking for
- Experience delivering consultancy services within the UK public sector or similar environments
- Expertise in digital transformation, secure cloud, AI, innovation or digital service delivery (GDS/UCD)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience in business analysis, problem solving and delivering actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business growth
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex and evolving environments
- Relevant qualifications such as BCS, Agile, PRINCE2 or Prosci would be advantageous
