Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager with strong management consulting experience across the Energy & Utilities sector.
- You’ll combine sector expertise with strong consulting fundamentals, ideally bringing experience across Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Performance Improvement, Transformation, and/or People-related Change.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex Energy & Utilities consulting engagements from scoping through to delivery.
- Manage and develop consulting teams, providing structure, direction, and coaching.
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-suite client stakeholders.
- Solve complex organisational and strategic challenges using data, insight, and structured problem-solving.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities and contribute to winning work.
- Help shape the growth and direction of the Energy & Utilities practice.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and proposition development.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of management consulting experience, with strong Energy & Utilities exposure.
- Strong understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry, operating environment, and key challenges.
- Experience across Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Organisational Performance, Transformation, and/or People-related Change.
- Track record of leading consulting engagements and teams.
- Confidence engaging, advising, and challenging senior executives.
- An interest in business development, client growth, and practice building.
- Collaborative, low-ego style with the ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments.
The role is London-based and would suit someone looking for the opportunity to combine high-quality client delivery with greater ownership, visibility, and influence within a growing consultancy.
