  • Lead and manage the Advanced Analytics team, with full line management responsibility for the team;
  • Own the intake, prioritisation and delivery of advanced analytics work across the Risk function and agreed service-partner engagements;
  • Act as the primary advanced analytics interface with senior stakeholders, both in and out of the Risk function, and ensure that the service-partner operating model runs smoothly by actively supporting the setting of scope, timelines and delivery expectations;
  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions including regular reporting and dashboards with a focus on scalability and automation;
  • Drive and actively support modernisation initiatives that enable high value analysis, operational resilience and structural efficiency;
  • Actively support and contribute to the delivery of the wider business plan of the Advanced Analytics and Frameworks area;
  • Actively promote and ensure adherence to the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring timely and appropriate escalation of concerns to relevant senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
