Role: Senior Manager, Advertiser Sales

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Advertiser Sales candidate based in London. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of Affinity Global's advertising solutions in the UK. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospects, developing strategic sales plans, generating and growing new digital revenue, and partnering with brands and agencies to deliver innovative digital media solutions.
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in digital advertising sales, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of programmatic media and digital marketing solutions. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of performance-driven advertising solutions, connecting advertisers with audiences across Browser, OEM, Search, Affiliate, and Fintech ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow the existing business and add new clients interested in buying online media.
- Own revenue targets and actively drive performance against them.
- Participate in regional and select national industry events and conferences.
- Actively participate in all phases of account maintenance and development, working with internal Account Management and Ad Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the online advertising industry, with existing relationships with decision-makers in the UK media buying space and a proven track record of working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands.
- Driven and self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts.
- A great team player and motivator.
- A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience selling to agencies and brands directly, ideally in programmatic or digital.
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and meetings to proposals and closing.
- Familiar with affiliate workflows and affiliate networks such as CJ, Impact, AWIN, and Rakuten.
- Familiarity with PMPs, programmatic, and high-impact creative is a plus.
- Proficient in the full MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to create business models and deal simulations for brands, advertisers, and agencies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
