If you're an experienced Data & AI leader looking for more than simply delivering technology projects, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.
Our client is a globally recognised organisation with a major focus on Data, AI and digital transformation. Helping organisations move beyond experimentation and successfully embed AI into the way they operate, make decisions and create value.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them understand where AI can add value, what capabilities they need to build and how to successfully move from experimentation into sustainable, enterprise-wide adoption.
This is a Senior Manager role for someone who combines deep Data & AI expertise with strong commercial and strategic capability. You'll work with senior and C-suite stakeholders, helping organisations identify where AI can genuinely make a difference, shape transformation strategies and then turn those strategies into enterprise-scale solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, developing strategic recommendations and implementation plans
- Lead complex consulting engagements, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with commercial objectives and deliver measurable value
- Explore opportunities for Generative AI, intelligent agents and automated decision-making across a range of business functions
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled applications, intelligent workflows and data-driven products
- Advise clients on the development of modern data ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data products and semantic modelling
- Oversee the design of AI solutions that integrate effectively with existing technology, operational processes and business teams
- Establish appropriate frameworks for AI governance, risk management, security and ongoing performance monitoring
- Work closely with engineering, product and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new technologies
- Define commercial success measures, track performance and demonstrate the return on investment of transformation initiatives
- Lead client proposals, develop new business opportunities and contribute to strategic pitches and presentations
- Support the expansion of the consulting practice through proposition development, market engagement and thought leadership
- Recruit, mentor and develop talented individuals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
