£650pd | Inside IR35 via Umbrella | London Hybrid | 3 weeks + likely extensions | ASAP start
We're looking for a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to support an AI adoption engagement with a clinical-stage biopharma business in London.
The initial engagement is 3 weeks, with a strong likelihood of extension into a second phase covering implementation, prototyping and adoption.
The Role
You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify how AI can improve the business, run a hands-on AI workshop for the wider company, and develop a practical roadmap for AI adoption.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with senior leadership around AI adoption
- Identify and prioritise practical AI use cases
- Design and facilitate a company-wide AI workshop
- Demonstrate AI tools and capabilities using real business processes
- Develop an AI adoption and transformation roadmap
- Advise on AI governance, data and technology considerations
- Shape the next phase of implementation
We're Looking For
- Senior Manager/Principal-level consulting or transformation experience
- Strong practical knowledge of AI/GenAI tools
- Experience delivering AI adoption or transformation projects
- Excellent workshop and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with C-suite and senior leadership
- Strong change and stakeholder management experience

Nice to have: Pharma/life sciences, regulated industry, AI governance, Google Gemini/Vertex AI or post-merger transformation experience.
