Our services span strategy, risk, transactions, M&A, value creation and advisory, helping clients tackle some of their most important opportunities and challenges.
This is a unique opportunity to join the SRTA Transformation team and play a central role in shaping and delivering SRTA's transformation agenda. Working closely with Partners, Directors and senior leaders across the business, you will lead the PMO and delivery management for a complex portfolio of delivery transformation and operational change initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, bring pace and structure to large-scale change, and help turn ambitious transformation goals into tangible commercial impact.
We're looking for an experienced transformation, programme or PMO leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity and has a track record of driving delivery across multiple interconnected workstreams. If you're motivated by creating momentum, enabling better decisions and delivering meaningful change, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact across SRTA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
