Description
The role of an Associate Director/Senior Manager is to grow the client base. They are responsible for the delivery of an outstanding service to clients. This means winning business, providing industry-leading advice, and creating an organizational culture where people are strongly connected to Xeinadin’s vision, mission, and values.
The role requires an influential leader who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and who can deliver for the business and for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Win, manage, and grow own portfolio of clients.
- Provide industry-leading insights, solutions, and advice to build the firm’s reputation and client base.
- Promote the products, services, and image of the firm in order to generate new business opportunities and enhance the reputation of the firm.
- Create and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, Directors, and staff.
- Contribute to strategic and business planning to deliver an increase in revenue and profits.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team who deliver a great service to clients and meet their billing targets.
- Create a high-performing culture where people live the vision, mission, and values and take action to improve if not.
- Hold responsibility for client relationships up to £600k of revenue to ensure the best possible value, advice, and quality and compliance for clients.
- Ensure client work complies with all legal and ethical standards and statutory regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team to help motivate and inspire people to higher performance.
- Set performance measures, review performance, and take effective action to improve when off track.
- Develop workforce planning and workload management processes that ensure the correct staffing levels to process workload.
- Develop people, processes, systems, and practices in order to raise productivity and the quality of outputs.
- Be a strong role model for the organizations' values and standards to develop a high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of technical knowledge and expertise for self and others.
- Measure the service provided to clients and implement improvements to deliver industry-leading service to clients.
- Complete own portfolio of client work to provide industry-leading insights and advice.
- Ensure that the team and colleagues live the Xeinadin Values.

Qualified ACCA or ACA, experience of accounts prep for large companies
