Senior Manager, Brand Engagement and Social Media

We’re looking for a senior manager, brand engagement and social media to join our team here at Starbucks EMEA. A place where you’re valued, challenged, and inspired. Where your voice is brewed into everything we do. At Starbucks, we’re all about you.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for leading regional brand engagement programmes, including EMEA’s Culture and Social Media strategy, culturally resonant activations, and brand collaborations & partnerships that strengthen the brand and support commercial growth.

We’ll look to you to bring your experience in brand and customer experience, ideally in a retail or consumer-facing market, including working within brand partnerships or experiential marketing with a proven track record of leading large-scale activations alongside influencer and content marketing. You’ll have strong strategic planning, forecasting, and business case management capability, with experience leading cross-functional workstreams. We’re looking for a leader with excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders both internally and externally. Ideally, you’ll be familiar with license commercial agreements, key terms, and value exchange negotiations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
