About The Role

We are seeking an experienced sourcing and supply chain leader to drive Broadband's Contract Manufacturing (CM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) sourcing strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping supplier partnerships, enabling successful product launches, and supporting strategic business growth through a resilient and high-performing supply network.

We're looking for a commercially astute, strategic leader who can operate comfortably from the boardroom to the factory floor. You are equally passionate about building supplier partnerships, developing talent, solving complex business challenges, and delivering measurable business results. Most importantly, you thrive in an environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement drive success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Broadband's NPI and Contract Manufacturing sourcing activities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and long-range plans.
  • Drive supplier selection, qualification, governance, and performance improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Finance, PLM, and S&OP teams to support successful product launches and supply chain performance.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and strategic supplier relationships.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing sourcing team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong supplier partnerships delivering improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Successful NPI execution and reliable supply chain performance.
  • Enhanced sourcing analytics, governance, and execution discipline.
  • A capable, engaged, and high-performing team.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, NPI, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Proven success leading sourcing strategies and supplier relationships for complex products or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results through collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
