Lime is building out the Office of the CEO to strengthen enterprise alignment, operating discipline, and strategic execution as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Director, CEO Office, the Senior Manager will support the development and execution of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating system. This role helps ensure the company’s Long Range Plan, capital allocation decisions, and enterprise priorities are translated into clear plans and effectively tracked across the organisation.

Working across functions, this role will drive key components of planning, analysis, and execution support, helping the CEO Office operate as a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team.

By supporting enterprise planning, improving visibility on execution, and driving analysis on key strategic questions, this role will help ensure Lime’s priorities are clearly defined, progress is measurable, and leadership is equipped to make informed decisions.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in London, Paris, or Berlin to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enterprise Planning & Capital Discipline: Support translation of the Long Range Plan into annual plans and budgets; build and maintain models (LRP, TAM/SAM) and support capital allocation analysis
  • Executive Operating System: Support planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, and enterprise priority tracking; maintain visibility on progress and execution risks
  • Competitive & Industry Intelligence: Support the development of Lime’s competitive intelligence capability; track competitor activity and contribute to insights that inform leadership decisions
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support structuring and coordination of cross-functional strategic initiatives, including building analyses, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through
  • Board & Public Company Readiness: Support development of board materials, analysis, and governance documentation
  • Enterprise Problem Solving: Conduct analysis on high-impact strategic questions and support development of recommendations for leadership

About You:

  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving structured problems
  • You have strong analytical skills and can translate insights into clear recommendations
  • You collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
  • You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You take ownership of your work and follow through to completion
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
