bunch is building the backbone of private markets.
We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.
As a senior member of the Founders' Office at bunch, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from "we need to do this" to done, owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Your Role
- Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end — defining the problem, coordinating stakeholders (including senior leadership), running the analysis yourself, and driving projects to completion
- Take charge of initiatives that cut across departments, stepping into commercial, product, or operations as needed to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes
- Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations that support the Founders in identifying new areas for growth and evaluating new markets, business lines, and products
- Depending on scale, run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel
- Identify what the company should work on next and make it happen
About you
- 3–5 years of experience in high-velocity environments (top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth VC-backed startup), ideally with hands-on startup experience
- Independent and proactive — you identify what needs to happen and move it forward without waiting for direction
- Able to bring the right people in early, build alignment across functions and with senior stakeholders without needing authority, and manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and turn data into actionable insights
- Experienced in designing and executing analyses end-to-end, QA'ing your own work rigorously, and delivering outputs that drive decisions
- Structures recommendations with a clear "so what" — quantifies trade-offs, flags risks, and proposes a preferred path
- Comfortable pushing back on work that doesn't serve the company's top priorities, including your own
- Curious about new tools and quick to adopt what makes you faster — AI-assisted research, drafting, and analysis — while understanding their limits and building your own workflows around them
- Fluent English required; German is a plus

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
