Location: Hybrid (London / Client Sites / Remote)

Our client is a rapidly growing consultancy operating at the intersection of procurement, sustainability, and business transformation. Following a period of strong growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Client Delivery & Growth to play a pivotal role in scaling client delivery, driving operational excellence, and supporting commercial expansion.

Working closely with the leadership team, this is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to influence business strategy, shape operational frameworks, and lead the successful delivery of complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and measurable commercial impact.
  • Act as a senior relationship lead for key clients, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and account growth.
  • Partner with the executive team to implement scalable operating processes, governance structures, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Drive improvements in resource planning, project management, delivery methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop team members while helping to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Lead strategic projects and business improvement initiatives on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Contribute to long-term organisational growth, helping build the foundations required for the next stage of scale.

About You

You will bring significant experience within consulting, procurement, sustainability, professional services, customer success, or business operations, together with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.
