Job Description

Visa Direct is Visa's real-time payments network, enabling fast, secure, and scalable money movement across the globe. Supporting person-to-person payments, business payouts, disbursements, marketplace payments, and cross-border transactions, Visa Direct is transforming how money moves worldwide.

The Visa Direct Global Marketing team helps clients unlock the full value of Visa Direct through growth strategies that drive adoption, expansion, and commercial success.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded growth leader to develop and scale global client growth programs that accelerate adoption, expand use cases, increase transaction volume, and strengthen client engagement. Working closely with product, sales, marketing, analytics, and regional teams, you will help shape how Visa Direct grows relationships with leading financial institutions, fintechs, marketplaces, and payment providers around the world.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in client success, growth marketing, product marketing, consulting, go-to-market strategy, or payments. Success in this position requires a combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
