Job Summary

Reporting to the Global Pricing and Policy Director, the Global Senior Manager, Pricing and Policy leads the operational ownership, governance, and global implementation of pricing and contract management policies, trade terms, governance processes and commercial frameworks in support of Sales and Marketing.

The role partners closely with functional and regional stakeholders to drive commercial governance, price data mastering and pricing systemisation initiatives, ensuring scalable processes, strong compliance and effective adoption of commercial capabilities across the organisation.


Essential Functions & Accountabilities

Policies and Frameworks

  • Partner with the Global Pricing and Policy Director to define, implement and manage global pricing, contract & commercial policies, trade terms and frameworks across regions and functions.
  • Own and operate policy exception management processes ensuring clarity, timeliness and effective governance.
  • Provide senior-level reporting on policy exceptions, risk exposure and policy effectiveness with clear recommendations.
  • Lead policy reviews and updates to ensure policies remain current and fit for purpose.
  • Ensure consistent and fit for purpose reporting and visibility of contracts and pricing frameworks to support improved decision-making.
  • Establish and manage global Pricing and Contracts governance forums, including Deal Desk and Communities of Practice, to drive consistent application and decision-making.
  • Support the business with ad-hoc Projects to improve pricing and contract processes and execution.

Data mastering

  • Own commercial governance for price data mastering including global terminology, Collibra documentation, and alignment to future system integrations and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with the GCO Data team to drive CLM and pricing data quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, usability and commercial value.

Price systemization

  • Partner with the Global Pricing and Policy Director to implement CPQ and pricing systemization initiatives that support commercial strategy, policy objectives and business growth.
  • Lead business stakeholder engagement and act as commercial lead to ensure successful adoption of pricing technology solutions and new ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing effectiveness, governance and user experience through process improvement, automation and system integration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary commercial interface with Internal Controls regarding commercial policies and governance.
  • Collaborate on GCO Business Analyst-supported projects to ensure compliance with commercial policies and frameworks.
  • Partner with the OneVision team to shape and govern pricing-related change requests, ensuring continued compliance with commercial policies and frameworks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Experience

  • Policy development experience - a proven background in managing successful policy projects including communicating key policy proposals to drive a decision
  • Knowledge and experience of Contracts and Pricing platforms in a multinational B2B environment
  • Knowledge of data structures, data governance, system dependencies and management
  • Interest in AI capabilities and market trends in commercial AI and practical applicability
  • Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority, influencing regions and functions.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Accountability mindset, innovative and solutions focused owning outcomes, not just inputs and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Capability to operationalise strategy, turning policy intent into executable frameworks and processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to act as a commercial translator between technical, policy, and business teams. Comfortable partnering with technical teams while owning the commercial value case.
  • Clear, confident communicator with ability to present complex topics to senior stakeholders, facilitate forums and decision meetings and drive alignment across global matrixed teams.
  • Strong written skills for policy documentation, frameworks and governance materials.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills to ensure project delivery alongside longer term business readiness workloads.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability and supporting a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to detail, able to succeed in environment of imperfect data, evolving systems and changing priorities
