JOB DESCRIPTION
Connect to your Industry
Our Compliance transformation team helps leading investment banks, brokers, investment managers, and wealth managers respond to a fast-moving regulatory, technology, and data agenda. We work with Compliance leaders to shape and deliver practical change: redesigning operating models, improving processes, and strengthening data and technology foundations including implementing AI-enabled solutions that support better risk management and regulatory outcomes.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll be part of a growing team focused on the future of Compliance. You’ll combine knowledge of financial services regulation, Compliance operating models, data, technology, and change delivery to help clients make confident decisions and turn priorities into sustainable transformation underpinned by a growing role of technology enablement.
Connect to your career at Deloitte
Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, we help our clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.
What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs, and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.
Connect to your opportunity
This is an opportunity to work with senior Compliance and Technology stakeholders on some of their most important transformation priorities. You’ll help clients assess how their Compliance functions are organised today, define what needs to change, and design practical solutions across people, process, data, technology, and AI.
You’ll lead teams to understand client challenges, translate regulatory and business objectives into clear delivery plans, and work with Technology colleagues to define requirements that can be built, tested, and embedded. You’ll also help clients explore, govern, and implement AI use cases of increasing sophistication in Compliance, ensuring solutions are well controlled, explainable, and aligned to business needs.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Work with Compliance leaders across investment banks, brokers, investment managers, and wealth managers to define and deliver transformation priorities.
- Support clients to redesign Compliance operating models, processes, controls, and ways of working so change is practical, proportionate, and sustainable.
- Assess Compliance data and technology architectures, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business, regulatory, and control requirements into clear technology and delivery requirements.
- Support clients in identifying, evaluating, and implementing technology-enabled Compliance solutions, including AI, automation, analytics, and workflow capabilities, ensuring they are explainable, controlled, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, working closely with Technology colleagues to turn strategic priorities into deliverable plans and measurable outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
