The Group Corporate Strategy team sits at the centre of Entain, supporting the development of the Group's long-term strategy and driving key enterprise-wide initiatives. The team partners closely with senior leadership across business units and functions to shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities (including M&A, partnerships, and new ventures), and deliver high-impact strategic projects that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will lead high-impact strategic projects and initiatives, translating Group strategic priorities into actionable plans and outcomes. You will be responsible for structuring complex problems, shaping recommendations, and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, while supporting the development of junior team members.

- Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition through execution alignment
- Define analytical approaches, integrate diverse inputs, and translate insights into recommendations
- Shape strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, market entry, and investment opportunities
- Drive components of the strategic planning process, synthesising inputs into priorities and trade-offs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, pace, and delivery against strategic objectives
- Develop materials for senior leadership to support informed decision-making
- Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development

Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience (~5 yrs) in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to frame and structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality outcomes
- Experience developing and evaluating growth strategies, investment cases, and market opportunities
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving alignment across functions
- Experience managing or coaching junior team members, ensuring quality and development
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
