As our Senior Manager – Creative Services, you’ll be part of the Consumer & Brand team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Creative Production & Operations. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

The Senior Production Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering world-class creative output that strengthens brand equity, elevates consumer perception, and supports global brand growth. Operating at the heart of the global Consumer & Brand function, this role ensures that all creative assets — from product stories to full-funnel brand campaigns — are produced to an exceptional standard, on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand’s creative vision.
This role contributes by translating strategic brand direction into high-quality creative execution. It enables teams to deliver consistent, premium, and consumer-centric storytelling across every touchpoint, helping the brand broaden its reach, deepen loyalty, and reinforce its position as a leader in craft, culture, and creativity. It also supports the business’s emphasis on value creation, GTM effectiveness, digital elevation, and operational excellence as outlined in strategic priorities.

Core Accountabilities
As our Senior Manager – Creative Services, you will be responsible for:
- Creative Production Leadership: Lead end-to-end production of global creative assets across stills, film, design and mixed-media campaigns, ensuring delivery from briefing and pre-production through to post-production and final asset delivery in line with global GTM milestones.
- Budget, Vendor & Resource Management: Own production budgets, cost control, reconciliations and vendor negotiations, while selecting and managing production partners, photographers, directors, stylists, editors and freelancers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective creative output.
- Creative Excellence & Brand Standards: Ensure all assets meet the highest standards of creative quality, technical execution and brand consistency, overseeing post-production, quality control, versioning and asset readiness across all deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Brand, Product, Design, Trade, Digital, Regional Marketing and external agencies to align priorities, manage production workflows, resolve risks proactively and ensure seamless delivery.
- Production Operations & Continuous Improvement: Optimise production processes, workflows, documentation and global asset toolkits to improve efficiency, support regional execution and enable scalable, consistent delivery across global markets.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Extensive end-to-end production expertise, with proven experience delivering premium stills, film and integrated creative campaigns from concept to final delivery.
- Strong project, budget and vendor management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex productions, negotiate effectively and maintain commercial control.
- Excellent creative judgement and attention to detail, ensuring all assets meet brand standards, technical requirements and the highest levels of production quality.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships with internal teams, agencies and creative partners to deliver shared outcomes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to improve production processes, manage risk, adapt quickly and deliver successfully in a fast-paced global environment.
