Build, Scale & Operate Leading DTC Brands alongside A-Players
Maneuver Marketing
Our Vision, Mission & Success are fuelled by our commitment to be a driving force of positive change to the health of everyday consumers, providing conscious, high-quality & innovative supplement products.
In just 5 years, we kicked off our own DTC Health & Wellness brand from scratch and scaled it to USD$100M+ in annual sales, serving more than 3,000,000 customers worldwide with an average of 4,000 daily orders across 9 SKUs.
These results caught the attention of The Financial Times, as they ranked us among APACs top High-Growth Companies. We have also been awarded 2nd place on the E50 Awards, jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG in Singapore.
This is just the beginning of our journey, and you could be part of the next stage of our growth!
Your Next Role
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded and highly organized Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce to lead and scale our creator marketing capability.
You will own the end-to-end creator strategy and drive implementation for two women’s health brands. One brand offers supplements that help with symptoms and root causes, and the other offers supplements that support one’s lifestyle habits and addresses nutritional gaps.
Leading a team of two associates who execute the seeding program, you will upgrade and refine our current strategy to build a reliable community of high-quality creator partnerships that strengthen our organic presence, generate commercially valuable content and support our paid media performance.
This is a hands-on management role. You will set the strategy and performance targets, develop the team, improve our systems and processes, and remain directly involved in high-value partnerships and campaign decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong creator marketing instincts with operational discipline, commercial judgment and a clear understanding of how creator content can be transformed into effective paid advertising.
What You’ll Do
1. Own the Creator Strategy Across Both Brands
- Own creator strategy for two women's health brands across two distinct motions: an established seeding program producing content at volume, and a new TikTok Shop affiliate program built for direct sales.
- Scope is deliberately asymmetric. Seeding covers 4 flagship SKUs today, expanding to all 6 once the team's agentic workflows free the capacity. TikTok Shop launches focused on 2 products under one brand.
- Build creator-driven demand that shows up beyond the platform it originates on: branded search volume, Amazon and Shopify sales lift, and a content library that feeds paid media.
- Identify the right mix of healthcare professionals and content creators for each campaign.
- Establish measurable targets across outreach volume, response rates, partnership approvals, content delivery, cost efficiency and campaign performance.
- Monitor competitor activity, creator pricing and emerging platform trends to keep our approach relevant and competitive.
- Build and deploy AI workflows that increase the team's throughput - creator qualification, outreach personalization at volume, content tagging and rights tracking. We expect measurable capacity gains, not experimentation.
2. Lead and Develop the Creator Marketing Team
- The Meta seeding program is built and running at scale. Your associates own the day-to-day operations; your job is to consult with creative leads, sharpen briefs, run creative tests, and hold quality while the majority of your own attention goes to TikTok and affiliates.
- Oversee the team’s day-to-day outreach, follow-ups, creator communication, fulfilment coordination and administrative workflows.
- Build clear processes and operating rhythms that allow the team to manage a high volume of influencer activity accurately and efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

3. Build a Scalable Creator Acquisition Pipeline
- Source creators across three routes: direct outreach, the TikTok Shop affiliate marketplace, and the established creator network available through our TikTok consultant. Convert the consultant's network into signed, producing partnerships rather than a list.
- Sustain the current output of hundreds of pieces of creator content per month across the seeding program, while building a separate affiliate creator pipeline for TikTok Shop.
- Assess potential partners based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, credibility, pricing and their ability to create or follow relevant trends.
- Develop partnerships with a strong focus on micro- and mid-sized creators, while selectively pursuing larger influencers when commercially justified.
- Create tailored outreach strategies for a competitive market in which larger brands may offer significantly higher creator fees.
4. Build the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
- Own the TikTok Shop affiliate program for 2 products under one brand, from creator recruitment through commission structure, sample logistics and GMV performance.
- Set and manage commission tiers, open collaborations, targeted invites and any performance-based arrangements; decide where flat-fee and where commission-only makes sense.
- Own affiliate GMV as a number you're accountable for, and the unit economics behind it: cost per acquired affiliate, sample cost per producing creator, blended commission rate.
- Identify and develop the small number of affiliates who will drive the majority of GMV, and build repeat and exclusive arrangements with them.
- Work with the TikTok Affiliate Creative Strategist on creative direction. They own research, concept and brief content; you own creator supply, terms, relationship and program performance.
5. Own Campaign Execution and Creator Relationships
- Oversee partnerships from initial outreach and qualification through contracting, product delivery, content production, payment and performance review.
- Ensure creators receive clear briefs, campaign expectations, timelines and feedback.
- Build strong, professional relationships that encourage creators to become long-term brand advocates rather than one-off partners.
- Maintain an active and engaged creator community through regular updates, challenges, educational content and brand communications.
- Own claims compliance in creator content across both brands. Maintain the do-say/don't-say guidance creators work from, and make sure it holds at volume across seeding, affiliate and organic.
- Ensure FTC material-connection disclosure and platform-specific policy compliance on every partnership. TikTok Shop enforces supplement claims differently from Meta; both need to be handled correctly.
6. Turn Creator Content into Growth Assets
- Secure usage rights and TikTok ad authorization (Spark Ad codes) at the point of partnership, not retroactively.
- Establish a clear process for reviewing, categorizing and distributing creator-generated content.
- Evaluate content based on brand alignment, creative quality, audience relevance and potential commercial use.
- Work with Paid Media, Creative and Marketplace to route creator content to its highest-value use: paid social, marketplace listings, email and brand channels.
- Translate both organic and paid media learnings back into creator briefs so creators can produce stronger, more testable content.
- Supply the brand social channels with a steady flow of approved, on-brand creator content. Publishing and community management on brand-owned accounts sit with a separate role.

7. Own Tools, Vendors and Operational Excellence
- Manage our external partners - the TikTok consultant and content agencies - including scope, output quality, cost and the decision on when capability should move in-house.
- Own the influencer marketing stack end to end. We currently run SARAL; assess whether it, Modash, Lefty or an alternative best serves discovery, outreach, relationship management and reporting at our volume.
- Partner with Supply and Operations teams to ensure product kits are shipped accurately and on time.
- Oversee creator invoicing and payment workflows, ensuring submissions are accurate, approved and processed promptly.
- Identify bottlenecks and introduce scalable workflows, automation and documentation where appropriate.
8. Measure and Improve Performance
- You'll be measured on four things: TikTok Shop affiliate GMV, cost per usable content asset, branded search and marketplace lift attributable to creator activity, and content throughput against quality standard. Everything else is diagnostic.
- You'll manage a defined creator and sampling budget across both programs, with authority to reallocate between seeding and affiliate based on returns.
- Define and monitor the KPIs required to evaluate the health and commercial impact of the influencer program.
- Track outreach volume, open and response rates, approval rates, creator acquisition costs, content delivery, engagement, reach, conversions and return on investment.
- Build clear weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the Growth team and company leadership.
- Analyze performance by creator profile, product, platform, partnership structure, outreach message and content format.
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap covering outreach messages, incentives, creator segments and content approaches.
How You’ll Succeed
- You combine strategic thinking with a willingness to remain close to execution.
- You create clarity for your team, hold people accountable and help them improve.
- You build a predictable pipeline of relevant creators and commercially valuable content.
- You use data and experimentation to improve response rates, partnership quality and return on investment.
- You can recognize creators who offer strong value beyond follower count alone.
- You build effective partnerships across Creator Marketing, Paid Media, Creative, Supply, Email Marketing and E-commerce.
- You introduce structure without slowing down execution.
- You communicate clearly, act quickly and resolve problems before they affect campaigns.
- You remain resourceful in a competitive market where budgets and creator expectations may not always align.
- You care equally about relationship quality, operational accuracy and commercial outcomes.
What You Bring
Required
- 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or creator affiliate marketing, including at least one program you owned end to end with commercial accountability.
- Operator experience running a TikTok Shop or comparable creator affiliate program, with GMV or revenue you were personally accountable for.
- DTC or e-commerce experience in health and wellness, beauty, or another regulated consumer category.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members, with evidence you raised their output rather than just reviewed it.
- Experience managing external agencies, consultants or vendors: setting scope
