Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Caralex Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded housebuilder based in Berkshire.
Role Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will work during the construction of new homes, addressing issues that arise and implementing improvements to enhance the quality of finished homes and the customer journey. The goal is to minimize potential problems for new homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely during the construction phase of new homes.
- Identify and address issues that arise during construction.
- Implement improvements, policies, and procedures to improve the quality of finished homes and the customer journey.
- Aim to reduce potential issues for new homeowners.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role for a housebuilder, housing association, or contractor dealing with new build residential projects. They should have a thorough understanding of NHBC and HBF policies, procedures, standards, and customer satisfaction surveys.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a trade or Site Management background.
- Experience as an NHBC Inspector or a similar role.
- Experience within a housebuilder/residential developer/housing association in their customer care department or Quality Control.
Job Requirements:
- Travel between and work on various projects is expected.
- Some work will be conducted from the head office.
