We’re looking for an experienced Head of CRM to transform CRM from a campaign execution function into a strategic customer growth channel.

You’ll own our CRM strategy, customer lifecycle and retention roadmap, leading a team of two and working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Customer Service and Commercial stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll use customer insight, segmentation, personalisation, automation and experimentation to improve retention, engagement, reactivation and customer lifetime value.

What you’ll be responsible for

CRM strategy and leadership

  • Develop and deliver the CRM strategy and roadmap alongside the Head of Marketing.
  • Turn commercial objectives into prioritised initiatives that improve retention, customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • Lead and develop two CRM team members, establishing clear priorities, processes and performance standards.
  • Champion customer insight and lifecycle thinking across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
