What’s the role?
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Value Engineering who will turn commercial outcomes into evidence. This is a player-coach role leading customer success for our most demanding enterprise relationships across EMEA, with a particular focus on high-risk, high-value accounts. You'll personally steward the most strategic of these while building and coaching a small team of Customer Value Engineers, and partner across Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships and Product to make the commercial case for Rezolve undeniable.
What will you be doing?
- Enterprise customer outcomes across EMEA - drive retention, satisfaction and growth, with a focus on stabilising and strengthening high-risk accounts.
- A small team of Customer Value Engineers - hire, coach and develop the pod, setting the bar for rigour and customer obsession.
- The value-engineering methodology - own how we quantify ROI, build business cases and translate platform capability into commercial proof.
- Senior customer relationships - operate credibly with enterprise economic buyers and steer complex accounts through to durable, expanding partnerships.
- Cross-functional alignment - partner with CS, Sales, Partnerships and Product so the customer motion is joined-up and repeatable.
- Forecasting and reporting - give leadership a clear, honest read on account health, risk and ARR.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
