The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Customer Value Engineering—a player-coach who will transform commercial outcomes into measurable proof. This high-impact, cross-functional role focuses on EMEA’s most demanding enterprise accounts, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth with a particular emphasis on high-risk, high-value relationships.

You’ll:

  • Safeguard our biggest deals, directly overseeing strategic accounts and their expansion.
  • Build and mentor a small team of Customer Value Engineers, setting standards for rigour and customer obsession.
  • Develop and refine our value-engineering methodology, ensuring we quantify ROI, build compelling business cases, and translate our platform’s capabilities into impactful case studies.
  • Operate as a credible voice with enterprise economic decision-makers, steering complex accounts toward durable, expanding partnerships.
  • Bridge CS, Sales, Partnerships, and Product to create a cohesive, repeatable customer journey.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights on account health, risk, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for leadership.

What You’ll Need

At Rezolve, we don’t just tick boxes—we look for hunger, intelligence, and the ability to drive results. Here’s what we’d love to see, but we’ll be early and open to candidates who stand out anyway:

  • A proven track record in one or more of these areas:
    • Customer Success / Customer Value Engineering
    • Solutions Consulting
    • Commercial roles in enterprise SaaS or commerce technology
  • People-leadership experience—you can build and mentor a team while still owning critical accounts.
  • Strong commercial instincts—you build believable business cases while understanding hard numbers.
  • Gravitas in enterprise stakeholder engagement, especially navigating high-pressure, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Fluency in the EMEA market, with bonus points for proficiency in another European language.
  • Experience in retail/e-commerce or top-tier management consulting—highly desirable.
