We're partnered with a fast-growing, well-backed cyber-resilience advisory that has moved decisively into AI security and governance for boards and CISOs. They're not short of delivery capability. What they need is someone who can sit in front of the people who own the risk, shape the problem with them, and turn that conversation into work the firm is uniquely positioned to win.

- You own the relationship end to end. No Big 4 pyramid, no fronting someone else's sales machine. You originate, you scope, you stay close as it's built.
- You're selling a point of view, not a service line. AI-cyber convergence is being defined in real time. Your credibility on the problem is what opens the door, and there's no playbook to recite.

What you'll do:
- Lead advisory and commercial conversations with boards, CISOs and executive sponsors: framing AI risk exposure, translating it into what they should actually do, and converting that into engagements.
- Originate and grow accounts — build the relationships, spot where the firm's capability meets a real budget, and shape scope and commercial structure accordingly.
- Develop the firm's market position on AI governance and security (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act readiness) so the point of view arrives before the competition does.
- Partner with delivery leadership to make sure what you've sold is what gets built, and that it lands well enough to sell again.

Who you are:
- Credible enough on cyber programmes and transformation that senior clients take you seriously on substance, not just on relationship.
- Deliberately moving into AI governance, AI risk or AI security, early enough to help shape how the market buys it.
- Commercially evidenced: you can point to accounts you've grown, work you've originated, and conversations you've turned into signed engagements.
- Consultancy pedigree (Big 4, top-tier or serious boutique) and comfortable owning the commercial side rather than handing it upward.
Client disclosed on a qualifying call. Not quite you but know the right person? Referrals held in confidence and gratefully received.
