This role combines technical cybersecurity expertise with leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving security engineering and operational security activities while ensuring that governance, risk, and compliance requirements are effectively managed.

This role operates within The Coca-Cola Company's Global Cybersecurity function and works closely with security, technology, and business leaders across Innocent, other wholly owned entities, and the broader Coca-Cola system to advance cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security engineering capabilities.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical cybersecurity capabilities alongside exceptional leadership potential, with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and translate complex security challenges into practical business outcomes; as well as demonstrate the potential to evolve into broader cybersecurity leadership responsibilities through strong strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Strategy & Program Delivery

  • Translate cybersecurity risks into business impact and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders to align cybersecurity investments with organizational objectives and risk priorities.
  • Provide cybersecurity input into strategic initiatives, digital transformation programs, and third-party engagements.

Security Engineering & Technical Security

  • Partner with technology teams to promote secure architecture, secure development, and security-by-design principles.
  • Manage and enhance cloud security capabilities, including cloud security posture management and security monitoring solutions.
  • Support vulnerability management activities, including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity standards, controls, and emerging security threats.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving threat landscapes and recommend appropriate defensive measures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
