Primary Purpose

The Senior Manager, Data Analytics plays a pivotal role in accelerating growth across Tapestry’s EMEAI business by transforming routine reporting into actionable insights, driving the adoption of data-based measurement and championing automation and AI to accelerate decision making and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

Reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations EMEAI, the Senior Manager will collaborate with stakeholders from across the business to define priorities, uncover high-impact opportunities, and translate insights into business strategies that improve revenue, gross margin and customer experience.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Data Analytics to:

  • Centralize data integrity, reporting, tools architecture and training while decentralizing insight creation and action. Partner across functions to design data-driven analyses, strategies, and tools
  • Shift focus from static reporting to insight generation and build interactive visualizations, dynamic dashboards, and standard reports that highlight leading-indicator insights
  • Perform large-scale analyses to uncover high-impact acquisition drivers, media-spend efficiency, and revenue-growth actions. Translate results into clear, data-driven stories
  • Drive organisation-wide adoption of data by measuring outcomes, showcasing impact, and promoting a data-first mindset for decision-making
  • Embed predictive models, automated reporting, and AI-driven recommendations (e.g., MAP efficiency, allocation optimization) and champion their use in business processes
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI and lead AI/ML pilot projects, demonstrating tangible value, and promoting scaling of successful models
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Algorithm teams to innovate data sourcing, management, and product solutions
  • Liaise with the Global Data Analytics team to align reporting standards, sharing best practices, and fostering cross-regional data collaboration
  • Maintain data integrity, develop reusable analytics tools, and provide stakeholder training to ensure teams rely on accurate and self-service data
  • Track key operational metrics, measuring operational efficiency, and driving process improvements to maximize sales/gross margin, improve the site-consumer journey and conversion, and focus the organization on acquisition levers

Key Requirements

The Accomplished Individual Will Possess

  • Significant hands-on analytics experience within retail, eCommerce, or consulting environments
  • Advanced SQL and ETL capabilities
  • Strong data-visualisation expertise (Tableau or comparable)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modelling
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of data-based measurement and turn metrics into strategic actions
  • Demonstrated experience championing automation and AI (automated pipelines, predictive models, AI-assisted tools)
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of translating analytics into revenue-driving initiatives and improving gross margin
  • Ability to prioritise dynamically in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions at scale (recommendation engines, demand forecasting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automation/orchestration platforms (Airflow, Prefect) and MLOps tooling
  • Prior success influencing global data-culture change and promoting data-centric decision making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
