Senior Manager - Data Analytics & AI Risk Management

London | Hybrid | £140,000 - £150,000

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & AI Risk Management to join its established IT Risk function.

This is a unique opportunity to become the subject matter expert for Data, Analytics and AI Risk within a global business that is actively expanding its AI capabilities. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape and mature the organisation's risk and control environment during a critical growth phase.

The Role

Working within the first line of defence, you will partner with Data, Analytics, AI and Technology teams to strengthen risk management practices and ensure controls are effectively designed, implemented and embedded.

This is a highly hands-on position suited to an experienced risk professional who enjoys operating close to the business and driving practical outcomes rather than purely oversight or governance activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
