JOB DESCRIPTION

Connect to your Industry

Do you want to be at the heart of some of the biggest and most ambitious AI & Data projects?

Technology & Transformation: How do you make intelligent, future-proof decisions in a world where change is the one constant? That's exactly what you'll help our clients do. You'll build trusted relationships with business stakeholders - and use the most exciting new technologies available - to create data-driven programmes that transform their organisations.

Your advice will help clients position their organisations to succeed in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Your role

As a Snowflake Delivery Manager, you'll lead the mobilisation and delivery of enterprise Data & AI transformation programmes, bringing together client stakeholders, architects, engineers and partner teams to deliver secure, scalable Snowflake solutions and measurable business outcomes.

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with senior and executive client stakeholders and internal leadership teams to shape delivery strategy, align decisions and maintain focus on business outcomes.
  • Snowflake Delivery Management: Lead strategic planning, mobilisation and end-to-end delivery across complex Snowflake Data Cloud programmes, including multiple workstreams, migration waves, resourcing, release strategy and production deployment.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operations of complex legacy data migrations and time-sensitive integration timelines, ensuring delivery scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Risk & Project Governance: Serve as the primary point of contact for project health, actively manage delivery risks and integrating agile management advancements into client solutions and internal frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams and delivery managers, promoting accountability, reusable assets and consistent delivery practices.
  • Programme mobilisation and planning: Establish programme delivery strategies, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, quality gates and controls across multiple Snowflake workstreams.
  • Scope and change control: Maintain clear scope, priorities and acceptance criteria; assess change requests and communicate their impact on delivery, cost, resources, dependencies and outcomes.
  • Governance and reporting: Establish governance forums and provide concise, evidence-based reporting on programme progress, outcomes, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
  • Financial and commercial management: Manage delivery budgets, forecasts, resource plans and commercial obligations, escalating material variances and supporting timely corrective action.
  • Quality and release assurance: Coordinate architecture, engineering, testing, security and operational-readiness activities so that releases meet agreed quality, control and acceptance requirements.
  • Risk, issue and dependency management: Maintain active RAID management, drive mitigations and decisions, and resolve cross-team blockers through appropriate escalation routes.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Lead planning, governance and decision-making sessions, communicating delivery choices, trade-offs, impacts and sign-offs clearly to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operational transition: Plan cutover, service transition, knowledge transfer, support arrangements and handover into business-as-usual or managed-service teams.
  • Continuous improvement: Use delivery insights, retrospectives and performance measures to improve ways of working, reusable delivery assets and programme outcomes.
  • Growth support: Shape delivery approaches, estimates, contracts, and mobilisation plans for proposals and client opportunities, and present delivery strategies to senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
