Senior Manager Design Standards
Location: Amsterdam or Madrid or Birmingham / Hybrid

- Oversee the entire design process for all projects, from inception to post-project review, ensuring a premium pet, client, and associate experience.
- Collaborate with senior executives, marketing teams, and external agencies to elevate the design performance and public profile of our real estate offering.
- Champion sustainability in design, ensuring it is a core principle at the forefront of every project.
The team
This strategic role reports directly to the Director of Construction and is integral to the leadership team's transformational agenda. You will have a global scope, covering the entire MVH network's current and future footprint. You will work closely with Project Delivery Teams, Commercial teams, and Marketing to align Design Guide Standards with our overarching company principles, ensuring a strong, collaborative environment focused on project delivery success.

What we're looking for
- 7–10+ years in design, with 3-5 years in a strategic leadership capacity, ideally in healthcare or veterinary industries.
- Experience aligning design with veterinary regulations and leading large-scale initiatives like clinic renovations or digital platform rollouts.
- Mastery of design system tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a deep understanding of inclusive design for clinical workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
