Senior Manager, Digital Distribution
Location: London (Battersea Power Station) / Hybrid
About the Role
The Senior Manager, Digital Distribution is responsible for helping shape and execute SharkNinja's digital distribution strategy across the DTC and ecommerce channel. This role combines commercial delivery with operational excellence, managing how SharkNinja's products and experiences reach consumers through owned and partner digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can drive a scaling digital distribution capability within a complex, fast-growing global organisation.
The Senior Manager, Digital Distribution owns how the model works — the launch standard, the commercial framework, the governance and the partner capability that determine whether each market succeeds.
Several markets are already live. The immediate priority is bringing the existing estate to a single standard, then making every subsequent launch faster and cheaper than the last. This is a hands-on operating role. It suits someone who can hold a standard with external partners who already have their own ways of working, and who is as comfortable in a weekly trading review as in a launch gate.
What You Will Do
Digital Distribution Model & Strategy
- Design and execute the digital distribution strategy across SharkNinja's DTC and ecommerce estate, ensuring the right products reach the right consumers through the right digital channels at the right time.
- Define market prioritisation and the go-live roadmap against explicit criteria: partner digital capability, payments and tax complexity, logistics, language cost, category maturity and demand potential. Recommend sequencing to DTC and regional leadership.
- Translate distribution strategy into scalable, market-specific frameworks that can be executed consistently.
- Keep abreast of emerging digital distribution models, platform developments and consumer behaviour shifts to inform recommendations.
- Deliver and maintain platform scalability, with a working handoff into Design, UX and Creative so partner sites inherit the SharkNinja experience standard rather than diverging from it.
- Track emerging distribution models, platform developments and consumer behaviour shifts, and bring recommendations forward with a clear commercial case.
- Run a gated launch process with explicit go/no-go criteria, and hold the authority to pause a launch that does not meet them.
- Reduce time-to-launch and cost-to-launch with each market by building reusable templates and standards instead of bespoke builds.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
