Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, EMEA (Fixed Term Contract)

Req ID: 10159441

About the Role & Team

The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise. Disney's stories, characters, and experiences reach consumers and guests from every corner of the globe. With operations in more than 40 countries, its employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.

Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company's Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star) with an appealing and easy-to-use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g., televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the country launches and day-to-day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research, and analytics.

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will play a key role in maximising the effectiveness of Disney+'s digital marketing across the full funnel, from awareness through to performance marketing, and in embedding a culture of testing, optimisation, and best practice across media planning and creative.

Reporting to the Director, EMEA Customer Acquisition and Retention, the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will lead regional (EMEA) efforts to bring awareness and acquisition digital marketing together into a single, integrated approach, championing iterative testing and best practice adoption.

They will do this by partnering closely with the team responsible for promoting the Disney+ brand, the teams responsible for launching new shows, and the teams responsible for performance marketing (global, regional, and local), as well as our media agencies and internal media buying teams.

They will also work directly with key media owners to ensure tests deliver against our business objectives, translating results into a clear, actionable narrative for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a numerically confident digital marketer with a strong track record across awareness and performance marketing. They are a natural collaborator who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced, cross-functional environments, and who can influence stakeholders at all levels through clear, data-led storytelling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
