Job Description

Our Purpose and Culture

We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.

As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honour the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

The Team

The Global Digital Marketing team shapes and drives Rosewood Hotel Group’s digital marketing approach across paid media and digital channels worldwide. Translating commercial priorities into regional frameworks, the team collaborates closely with Global and Regional Commercial teams, Regional Digital Marketing Hubs, Brand, CRM, Website, Analytics, Content, and agency partners across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.

Your Role

As Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Global, you will shape and drive Rosewood Hotel Group’s global digital marketing approach across paid media and related digital channels. You will strengthen agency and budget governance while helping to ensure campaigns are measurable, optimised, and consistently delivered across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.

You will lead global strategy and campaign delivery while supporting the Regional Digital Marketing Hub operating model, its governance framework, and cross-functional workstreams from planning through implementation. Working with global, regional, and agency partners, you will connect commercial priorities with regional and property-level execution to drive stronger performance, consistency, and commercial impact.

How You’ll Make the Place

  • Drive the execution of global digital marketing strategy, translating priorities into channel frameworks, annual plans, and regional activation guidance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and metasearch.
  • Support end-to-end planning and performance oversight for global campaigns, cross-regional initiatives, and strategic partnerships, working with Regional Hub Leads on local-market adaptation and execution.
  • Manage the day-to-day governance of global digital marketing agency partners and establish clear briefing, approval, reporting, and escalation processes across global teams, Regional Hubs, properties, and agencies.
  • Develop investment recommendations and regional allocation principles with Regional Digital Marketing and Commercial Leads, informed by commercial priorities and performance insights.
  • Define KPIs and measurement requirements with Analytics, CRM, and Website teams, translating performance data into actionable insights and driving continuous optimisation across budgets, audiences, bidding, and creative.
  • Establish global frameworks, standards, and processes for paid-media requests, while partnering with Regional Digital Marketing Leads to strengthen capability and consistency, and providing interim oversight of the global SEO roadmap and evolving AEO and GEO practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
