Senior Manager, Paid Media
We're In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden and ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK – and we're currently seeking a Senior Manager who will have the opportunity to hone their paid media skills and broaden their expertise into other areas of digital marketing.
At In Digital, you'll also have the chance to develop across several areas of digital marketing, including paid social, paid search, conversion rate optimisation, digital analytics, creative development and digital strategy. As Senior Manager you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands such as the Financial Times, MyProtein and Experian.

What you'll be doing
- Owning and developing client relationships
- Leading campaign & creative planning, testing and strategy across search channels
- Developing market-leading paid media strategies tied to clients' cross-channel KPIs
- Driving strategy, set-up, management and optimisation across all paid media platforms
- End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics and creative to meet and exceed client objectives
- Leading continuous and rigorous test & learn approaches
- Managing, mentoring and coaching team members from account executive to manager level
- Performance reporting and analysis, translating data into insights and recommendations
- Presenting to senior client stakeholders
- Identifying new growth opportunities for clients and for our agency approach in paid media
- Supporting cross-channel strategies including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Mobile App Marketing and on-site experiences

What you need to be successful
- Strong, hands-on experience managing large-scale, complex paid media campaigns
- 5+ years post-university work experience in advertising / digital marketing
- Ambitious and proactive, with a genuine desire to get stuck in
- Excellent communication skills — we're over 80% client-facing
- Strong analytical skills (everyone in our team sits somewhere on the scale from great at analytics to world-class data scientist)
- A great understanding of digital marketing — whether in social media, paid media, web & app conversion optimisation, analytics or creative

Salary
£55,000 – £70,000, depending on experience
