Senior Manager, Digital Solutions
Tarmac | Hybrid (Solihull & Remote)
Lead the Digital Transformation of One of the UK's Largest Construction Materials Businesses

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions to shape and deliver our digital strategy, leading transformative programmes that create real commercial impact.
This is a rare opportunity to influence digital transformation at scale, working with senior leaders across Tarmac and the wider CRH Group to unlock the full value of technologies including AI, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, eCommerce, Process Automation, PIM/DAM platforms, and advanced logistics solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of defining and delivering Tarmac's digital future.
You'll
- Develop and execute digital strategies that drive business growth, innovation and competitive advantage.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and build a clear roadmap that aligns technology investment with business priorities.
- Lead complex digital programmes and projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring delivery against cost, quality and timescale objectives.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team of digital professionals, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Champion emerging technologies including AI, automation and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive the optimisation and adoption of key business platforms including Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, eCommerce, PIM and DAM solutions.
- Improve critical operational areas such as order management, logistics, dispatch and fleet performance through innovative digital solutions.
- Build strong relationships across Tarmac, CRH International Technology, external partners and suppliers to maximise value and deliver shared business outcomes.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an influential leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic digital change in a large, complex organisation.
You'll Bring
- Experience leading digital strategy, transformation programmes and technology-enabled business change.
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, AI-enabled solutions, automated technologies and digital ecosystems.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable programme and project leadership capabilities, with a focus on delivering benefits and driving adoption.
- Experience operating within robust governance and control environments, including Sarbanes-Oxley frameworks.
- Deep understanding of commercial, operational and logistics processes.
- A degree in a business or technology-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
