Senior Manager Digital

We are looking for a Digital Senior Manager to lead digital and data transformation engagements for major clients across Ireland and the UK. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, strong delivery leadership, commercial awareness, and technical credibility to shape solutions, build lasting relationships, and help grow our digital consulting proposition. Key Responsibilities: Lead digital and data transformation engagements from shaping and scoping through to delivery and client outcomes. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a credible advisor on digital strategy, delivery, and change. Develop and oversee solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with experience in Microsoft Fabric highly advantageous. Advise on digital and technology strategy, data strategy, governance, enterprise architecture, and roadmap development. Lead the development of dashboards, reporting, KPI frameworks, and management information that turn complex data into actionable insight. Shape solution architecture, business process automation, systems integration, and API-enabled workflows to meet client requirements. Work across business and technical teams to define requirements, support data engineering activity, and translate needs into practical digital solutions. Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to diagnose challenges, capture requirements, and support the design of sustainable change. Contribute to account growth through opportunity identification, proposal support, and strong commercial delivery. Support the growth of OutForm by mentoring others, building intellectual capital, and strengthening our market presence through high-quality client work. Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years’ consulting or industry experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive sectors. Strong experience leading digital transformation, business change, or operational improvement initiatives in complex environments. Hands-on capability in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), with Microsoft Fabric experience highly desirable. Experience in digital strategy, data strategy, data governance, enterprise architecture, or solution design. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn findings into clear, actionable insight. Experience in dashboard development, reporting, KPI design, and management information. Good understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, APIs, and system integration; SQL knowledge would be advantageous. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements capture, process mapping, and recommending fit-for-purpose digital solutions. Confident presenting to clients, managing expectations, and building credibility with senior stakeholders. Commercially aware, with experience contributing to proposals, account growth, or broader business development activity. Knowledge and practical use of AI tools, particularly LLMs, to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery would be advantageous. A relevant third-level qualification in business, engineering, technology, data, or a related discipline would be beneficial.
