Senior Manager, DSP Partnerships, EMEA
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, DSP Partnerships, EMEA to join our team in Madrid or in London and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.
Who We Are
Seedtag is the leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising Company. We are redefining how advertising works in a privacy-first world by moving beyond keywords and cookies, towards understanding human emotion, intent, and context. Powered by advanced AI and neuroscience, our proprietary technology, Liz, delivers a deep, human-like understanding of content and attention. This enables brands to connect with audiences at the right moment, in the right mindset, with ads that are relevant, engaging, and respectful of the user experience. Founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers, Seedtag has grown into a global company with 500+ Seedtaggers across 17 countries, backed by €250M in funding, and expanding rapidly across the open web and Connected TV. We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising.
The Role
Seedtag is the leader in neuro-contextual advertising. We help brands reach people through the content they care about, without relying on cookies. Our exchange and our curation platform, NeuroX, give buyers premium European inventory and contextual audiences that DSPs can activate at scale.
We are hiring a Director, DSP Partnerships, EMEA to grow our revenue with DSPs across the region. This is a seller role as much as a partnership role. You will own relationships with local EMEA DSPs and with the EMEA teams of global DSPs. Your job is to make Seedtag the go-to partner for contextual audiences and curated packages in every market you cover.
You will focus on three goals:
- Upsell Seedtag audiences and curated packages to DSP partners and their buyers.
- Maximize local opportunities with the EMEA teams of global DSPs, market by market.
- Onboard new local players and drive new business with curation and neuro-contextual segments.
Your Challenge
As Senior Manager, DSP Partnerships, EMEA, you will:
1. Upsell audiences and packages
- Sell Seedtag's neuro-contextual audiences and NeuroX curated packages to DSP partners and their agency and brand buyers.
- Grow PMP and curated deal volume with every partner you own.
- Build a clear value story for each DSP: why Seedtag, which packages, and what results buyers can expect.
- Find upsell opportunities in data, formats (display, video, CTV) and new markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
2. Maximize local opportunities with global DSPs
- Own the EMEA teams of global DSPs, such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, StackAdapt, RTB House, Criteo and Adform.
- Build relationships with their local sales, account and partnership leads in each key market (UK, France, DACH, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Nordics).
- Use their local buyer relationships to create joint go-to-market plans, co-selling and deal activation.
- Write a strategic account plan for each partner. Map their organization, their priorities and Seedtag's fit. Track share of wallet and grow it.
3. Drive new business and onboard local players
- Explain and bring to market Seedtag's curation capabilities through NeuroX. Help DSPs and their buyers understand how curated deals work and why they perform.
- Expand the use of our neuro-contextual segments across each DSP's organization, from partnership teams to local sellers and buyers.
- Identify, pitch and sign regional and local DSPs that are not yet connected to Seedtag.
- Negotiate commercial terms and lead each new partnership from contract to first spend.
- Work with Solutions, Ad Ops and Product to deliver fast, clean integrations (OpenRTB, deal IDs, curation).
- Ramp new partners with launch plans, training and regular business reviews.
Across all three
- Own a revenue target for your EMEA DSP portfolio and exceed it through active selling, partnership management, product and feature implementation, and demand facilitation. Report on it with clear forecasts.
- Build playbooks with the sellers at each DSP. Help them discover Seedtag's full suite of products and audiences, and know when to pitch them to their buyers.
- Engage stakeholders at every level, from day-to-day contacts to the C-suite, both at partners and inside Seedtag.
- Work cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, BI and Legal to deliver results.
- Represent Seedtag at executive meetings and industry events across EMEA.
- Bring DSP feedback into the product roadmap.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8–10+ years in programmatic advertising, ideally at a DSP, SSP or exchange, in partnership, business development or sales roles.
- A seller's mindset. You have a track record of hitting revenue targets and closing commercial deals.
- A strong, active network with DSPs in EMEA, both local players and the EMEA teams of global platforms.
- Deep knowledge of DSP integrations, bid mechanics, deal types (PMP, PG, curated deals) and key metrics.
- Experience selling audiences, data or curated packages to the buy side.
- Proven ability to build relationships at multiple levels of an organization, from daily contacts to the C-suite, both internally and at partners. Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Comfort working across teams and countries in a fast-moving company.
- Fluent English. Multiple European languages strongly preferred (e.g. Spanish, French, German, Italian).
