The Role

Senior Manager, DTC Programme plays a critical role in ensuring our most important strategic initiatives land effectively across our regional business teams. You will also help shape how Deckers EMEA plans, prioritises and delivers future change in our DTC business.

You will be responsible for driving successful adoption of change across the EMEA Direct-to-Consumer organisation. This role focuses on the people and operational side of transformation, ensuring that new systems, processes, and ways of working are understood, adopted, and embedded across markets and functions.

This role works alongside global and regional business, product and technology teams to ensure that change lands effectively with regional teams, protecting trading performance, minimising disruption, and accelerating time to value.

Your Impact

  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments for EMEA markets, teams and functions across strategic DTC initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change, communication and training plans aligned to major programme delivery milestones.
  • Act as the primary change point of contact for EMEA stakeholders, building relationships across operations, customer service, retail, marketing, finance and regional leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications, SOPs, learning materials and train-the-trainer approaches for different user groups and markets.
  • Identify adoption risks, gather post-launch feedback and feed lessons learned into future change waves and roadmap planning.

We Would Love To Hear from People With

  • Proven experience in technology-enabled change, operational readiness and multi-market or regional change across EMEA.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives, with line management experience. Agile or hybrid delivery experience and exposure to ecommerce platforms, payments, logistics, CRM or retail systems would be desirable.
