Job Description
At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.
Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.
The Opportunity
As our Senior Manager, Ecommerce Campaigns & Trading, you’ll lead how SEPHORA UK comes to life across Web and App, turning commercial priorities, product launches, and brand moments into seamless digital experiences that inspire customers and deliver measurable growth. You’ll own the end-to-end onsite campaign, content, and trading agenda, with a clear focus on revenue, conversion, engagement, and customer experience.
Working at the heart of Ecommerce, you’ll partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Content, UX, Studio, and Technology teams to shape what our customers see, discover, and experience online. From campaign execution and brand visibility to search, navigation, and customer-generated content, you’ll bring together commercial thinking, customer insight, and brilliant execution to continuously optimise our digital experience.
What you’ll be doing…
- Own and drive the end-to-end Web and App campaign, content, and trading calendar, connecting commercial priorities, product launches, promotional activity, and SEPHORA brand storytelling.
- Lead the onsite execution of campaigns, launches, seasonal events, and strategic brand moments, ensuring every activation is delivered accurately, effectively, and on time.
- Partner with Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams to prioritise category opportunities, focus brands, emerging trends, and key business objectives.
- Monitor ecommerce performance and trading KPIs, using insights to adapt onsite priorities and identify opportunities to grow revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Own the visibility strategy for focus brands, strategic partners, and key launches, including Brand Rooms, App Premium Placements, and high-impact digital activations.
- Balance brand exposure, commercial performance, and customer experience to create relevant and engaging digital journeys.
- Lead the ratings, reviews, and customer-generated content roadmap, strengthening social proof, customer confidence, and conversion throughout the journey.
- Own and optimise onsite search, navigation, content placement, and product discoverability across Web and App.
- Partner with SEO, CRO, UX, Commercial, and Content teams, using analytics, customer insight, and testing to continuously improve onsite effectiveness.
- Co-define and deliver the roadmap for Web and App customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and commercial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
- Own operational excellence across onsite delivery, leading cross-functional issue resolution, and continually improving processes, governance, and ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
