A leading professional services firm is expanding its eDiscovery capability and is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join the team.
This is a senior, hands-on role working across complex litigation, regulatory investigations and internal corporate matters. You will take ownership of the full eDiscovery lifecycle, provide strategic and technical advice to clients, and play an active role in developing the wider eDiscovery offering.
You will work closely with legal and corporate clients, advising on data strategy, review workflows and technology, while also supporting the continued development of the team and its capabilities.
The role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex eDiscovery engagements, from collection and processing through to review and production
- Act as a senior client contact, providing advice on eDiscovery strategy, workflow design and technology
- Design and implement advanced review workflows, including TAR, predictive coding and AI-assisted technologies
- Oversee data processing, quality control and production to ensure accurate and defensible delivery
- Manage multiple engagements and workstreams simultaneously
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to proposals, pitches and business development activity
- Support and mentor junior members of the team, helping to develop technical capability and best practice
- Work collaboratively with wider forensic and digital investigation teams where matters overlap
- Contribute to the development of eDiscovery methodologies, technology and service offerings

What we're looking for
You should have:
- Strong hands-on experience across the eDiscovery lifecycle
- Excellent RelativityOne experience
- A strong understanding of the EDRM and end-to-end eDiscovery processes
- Experience designing and managing review workflows, including TAR and predictive coding
- Experience with AI-assisted review technologies
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
